One way to control your depression is to challenge your negative thoughts with positive statements and realistic thinking. By meeting with your thoughts, anxious or depressed, these ideas challenged by the real questions of objectivity and common sense. Imagine that you play for a wide audience. With the game in your mind, you’ll be better prepared to adequately perform when the time comes. Self-visualization is a great way to anxiety and stress of a coming situation reduction.
Another technique is very useful in a small notebook of positive reports that we have a good feeling. When you inherit a confirmation that makes you feel good, write it in a small notebook that you can carry with you in your pocket. If you feel depressed, open your notebook and read those instructions.
