A great choice for anyone looking to <strong>lose weight</strong>. They not only make you feel full on less and eat well throughout the day, they also help lower cholesterol, prevent diabetes and because of a pectin called nutritional cut the quantity of fat your cells can absorb. Oats are  considered a carbohydrate source, but before you freak out and start the  “low-carb” discussion you need to know that oats are a whole grain  products that will make you feel full and also help you to get rid of  bad cholesterol. Prove to yourself how committed you are to <strong>losing weight</strong> . Start by creating a journal, and record make a list of all the things you want to accomplish, and keep track of your progress along the way. Don’t forget to weigh yourself once or twice per week to keep you motivated.</p>
<p><strong>2. Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar</strong><br />
